▸ I can deny a commission without needing to specify a reason.
▸Commissions CANNOT be used for AI, Cryptocurrency, NFTs etc.
▸Revisions can only be made in the sketching/lineart stages for up to 3 revisions total.
▸Additional revisions will come at a cost.

▸Artist will retain all copyright over the commissioned work.
▸Commissioner may buy commercial rights for an extra cost, decided upon by artist.
▸Artist has the right to use all commissioned pieces for portfolio/advertisement, however, the artist cannot profit further from the commissioned artwork.
▸Commissioner may upload and use the artwork on social media.
▸Commissioner CANNOT profit off the artwork - no merch, reselling, redistributing, commercial printing etc.
▸Commissioner CANNOT claim the art piece as their own creation or alter it.

▸Payment MUST be made in full after agreeing to the commission.
▸ Work will not start before a payment is made.
▸Paypal will be through a PayPal invoice.
▸Special requests may incur an extra cost agreed upon by both commissioner and the artist

▸Estimated time will vary according to the numbers given in the pricelist.
▸ Depending on demand, a commission can take longer, in which case the artist will notify the commissioner ahead of time.
▸The commission will be delivered as a png file. The commissioner can request a specific size before work starts.

▸Please provide a reference sheet, existing artwork, vtube model, etc. I cannot design a character for you.
▸Any facial expressions, poses, specific color schemes, and outfits can (and ideally would) be requested. Reference pictures are preferred but not necessary.
▸I will aim to respond to DMs ASAP, however, responses can take up to a week.
▸I will need your paypal email for the invoice.
